The Manager Sales will support the Director and drive the entire sales & Marketing team of Surelock Plastics with full responsibility. Manager will be responsible for website, social media, and industries to promote brand Surelock and increase revenue by selling more products to Key Accounts. Manager will take care for entire arrangement for trade exhibitions or event held in India. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Key Account Management & Development Accountable for entire sales & marketing activities. To manage efficiently Key Accounts and generate more business from OEM & Dealer network. To motivate and guide entire sales & mktg. team in improving their performances and achieving target. To do cross sellingbasket selling by getting more orders from the Key Accounts through new products selling as well as adding new locations. To achieve team objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Keep the track on number of enquiries not resulting into sales and take immediate corrective actions after analyzing the reason. To ensure revenue collection in time & providing collection forecast to accounts every week. Collect and present monthly, quarterly, yearly sales data to Director, highlight the concern areas with corrective action plan. To conduct regular weekly review meeting with the team to improve sales & collections. To prepare yearly sales plan. Provide inputs to the Director in deciding sales targets after considering market factors affecting the assigned regions. To prepare Annual sales target & incentive for respective sales team. To work out sales team incentive quarter basis against sales target achieved. To identify the reasons for non- achievements of Sales targets if any and work out improvisation plan for team. To verify all NDA receives from customer end related to business agreement & get sign of Director only after 100% verification. Responsible to make contract with logistic services, considering their efficiency and cost effectiveness. Looking after implementation of SAPCRM software system as well as SOP as per ISO norms & Sales Manual. Team Management & Development Lead & monitor the performance of a team to achieve their individual BD targets Support field team through Business Development Manager. Ensure field team gets timely back office support & convert maximum no of inquiries to orders. Monitoring entire team activities through periodical review meeting & ensure business development based on Sales target. Conduct regular internal meeting, training and development sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of the team members To arrange complete product and commercial training to the sales & mktg. team. To train executive for Tele Calling cold calling for generation of quality leads with effective communication Training. Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high Performance amongst team members. Updating KRA base monthly performance of team to HR. Marketing Monitor Digital Marketing Executive activities like website management, Google advertisement, Search Engine Optimization, E-commerce marketing etc. Participation in exhibition & handling pre-post activities from booking to stall designing, arrangement of logistics for stall display. Oversee promotions of Surelock Brand on Social Media. Responsible for preparation of advertisement & other promotional activities. Additional Skills Excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task, Go getter, positive Attitude Eye for detailing Well-versed with MS Office Good in networking Location-Churchgate

Skills and Experience Hands-on experience in FMCG . Expertise in TV planning and a working knowledge of digital platforms . Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to present well. Agency experience is preferred. You are persuasive , proactive , and skilled in stakeholder management . You excel at creating compelling presentations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 8-12 years of total experience handling both offline and digital media. Experience handling FMCG clients in top agencies is preferred. E-commerce and digital experience is a must-have. MBA in Marketing.

Managing the marketplaces, namely Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO etc. and plan the presence of the organization - in terms of the strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short- and long-term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. 2. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance. 3.
