Essential Skills: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and requirements through workshops and interviews. • Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to assess how Dynamics CRM meets business needs and identify customization needs. Solution Design and Implementation: • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements. • Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, and reports. • Perform data migration and integration activities. • Develop and implement robust testing procedures. • Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies. • Develop and implement robust testing procedures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Finance, or Supply Chain) and be adept at leveraging low-code/no-code tools to create intuitive and efficient applications. Responsibilities: Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities. Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to meet business requirements. Create and manage Power Automate flows for process automation and integrations. Develop custom connectors and integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Stay current with new features and updates within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Qualifications: Proven experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Developer. Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience with C#, JavaScript, and .NET development for Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
