Essential Skills:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and requirements through workshops and interviews. • Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to assess how Dynamics CRM meets business needs and identify customization needs. Solution Design and Implementation: • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements. • Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, and reports. • Perform data migration and integration activities. • Develop and implement robust testing procedures. • Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies. • Develop and implement robust testing procedures. Project Management and Leadership: • Lead and manage small to medium-sized CRM projects independently. • Participate in planning and design sessions with customers. • Mentor CRM team members throughout project delivery.

Communication and Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting to management. • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their business processes. Skills and Qualifications: • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM: This includes experience with CRM customization and configuration, workflows, plugins, and web resources. • Experience with data migration and integration tools: Familiarity with tools and techniques for migrating data and integrating CRM with other systems. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and work as part of a team. • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyse complex business problems and develop effective solutions. • Experience in a consulting role: Experience in a consulting environment, working with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions. • Project management skills: Ability to manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. • Experience with Power Platform: Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is often required or preferred. • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies: Experience with Agile development practices can be beneficial. • Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant should be effective in determining practical solutions for both business and technical processes. • The individual has a proven track record of delivering high quality projects that result in high customer satisfaction. • Works closely with resources at all levels. • Able to demonstrate strong relationships with internal clients in gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and providing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards. • The consultant is detail oriented, able to multi-task, extremely organized, and can prioritize multiple demands in a very fast paced environment. • Execute design and discovery workshops. • Design Dynamics 365 solutions using configuration. • Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics CE. • Ensure and maintain quality. • Lead and manage small to medium projects independently. • Participate in planning and design sessions with customers.

  • Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes. • Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture. • Develops and manages project plans that encompass the complete project life cycle (i.e., project requirements, development, quality assurance, deployment etc.) • Creates the functional specifications documentation for the project. • Writes specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations. • Assists in conducting design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes.
