Monitor budget performance, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls . Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and non-compliance issues. Mentorship & Support: Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, reviewing their work and fostering their professional development. Collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and provide financial insights.
