Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate Dutch to join the growing team at Transcom India. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch- speaking customers, ensuring a seamless experience across every interaction. You will play a critical role in building customer loyalty by understanding client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service aligned with our global customer experience strategy. Role & responsibilities Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
