Work closely with powertrain, Vehicle Integration, other CFT to capture the design inputs and clearance requirements

As a Design Engineer specializing in Automotive Driveline and Axle, you will need to have 2 to 6 years of experience in the field of Automotive Axle, Driveline, Transmission, and related assembly and component Design Engineering. Your expertise should include a thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) along with knowledge of Teamcenter PLM. In addition to your engineering skills, proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is essential, particularly for designing casting, forging, sheet metal components, and assemblies. Experience with UGNX software would be beneficial for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Role & responsibilities 1- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Engine Component and Engine System level designing and modelling 2 Should have good knowledge and experience of Engine and its system level functionality. 3- Should have fair understanding of manufacturing processes like plastic molding, casting, fabrication, piping, metal machining, etc 4- Hands-on experience on usage of NX for modelling and drafting is must 5- Working experience on applications of GD&T .

Identify and correct defects in axle assemblies during production. Conduct inspection, alignment, and runout checks for differential and axle shafts. Disassemble and replace faulty components such as bearings, seals, and housings. Required Candidate profile Technical knowledge of axle systems (drive and non-drive).
