Apply modular design concepts to create efficient, consistent layouts suitable for diverse site and client requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards including ASME, IBR, and applicable statutory and safety norms.
Develop standardized design practices to maintain uniformity across multiple projects and ensure compatibility.
Coordinate with vendors for Fuel Handling Systems (FHS), Ash Handling Systems (AHS), and other subsystems.
Review and verify vendor drawings to ensure alignment with overall layout and design specifications.
Use PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems for Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, drawing release, and component documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation for internal teams and customer deliverables.
Conduct self-checks and first-level verification of all drawings before final release.
Identify and correct errors to ensure zero-defect drawing outputs.
Work in close coordination with engineering leads, project managers, site execution teams, and the material planning team.
Provide drawing-related support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely and efficient execution.
