Draftsmen

As a Senior Draftsmen - Design at our Bangalore location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Managers in developing detailed working drawings. Your responsibilities will include preparing drawing delivery schedules, creating detailed working drawings and presentations for finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. It will be essential for you to take detailed notes to capture customer requirements accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities. Additionally, you will be expected to provide follow-up support to customers and vendors. To excel in this role, you should be highly proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, M.S Office, Photoshop, and preferably Revit. Effective verbal and written communication skills are crucial, along with a solid understanding of building codes and industry standards. A creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials will be an asset. Ideally, you will have 6-8 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required to qualify for this position.
