JOB DESCRIPTION
Educational Qualification* Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Experience Range 6+ years Primary (Must have skills) 6+ years of .NET Core / .NET 2-3 years of experience in React 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud 3+ years of experience in Microservices 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes Job Description of Role 1. Design and develop highly available .NET-based services following microservices principles 2. Implement multitenant architecture ensuring secure, scalable tenant onboarding and isolation 3. Build robust, long-running workflows using Temporal, handling retries and stateful processing 4. Develop containerized services using Docker and ensure smooth integration into CI/CD pipelines 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical design 6. Conduct code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers 7. Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver features in iterative releases 8. Engage with DevOps and platform teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments Soft skills/other skills 1. Strong communication and collaboration skills 2. Analytical thinker with attention to detail 3. Self-driven and proactive in taking ownership of deliverables 4. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile development environments 5. Ability to guide junior developers and enforce coding best practices 6. Monitoring & Observability: Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, etc. 2. Temporal.io: Working knowledge of designing workflows for asynchronous and durable processes
