This is a key leadership role for individuals who are passionate about the aftermarket auto industry and are eager to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts. Our product range includes a variety of high-quality auto accessories such as two-wheeler Handle bars, Leg guards, Brake pedals, and components with Plating on Plastic including Car logos, Door handles, Grills, and Mirror casings, etc. We also offer a specialized line of plated Sanitary items, adding to the diversity of our product offerings. The ideal candidate should have a strong network and in-depth experience in the spare parts and aftermarket sales domain. A proven track record in selling automotive accessories, especially in the independent spare market, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to identify new market opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and execute effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales and marketing activities for aftermarket products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales of auto accessories. Strong industry contacts and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and lead a sales team. Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
