Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and job applications to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels for further rounds
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements
Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
Stay updated with the latest hiring trends in the IT industry

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
0 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for various IT roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
