Job Description

You should possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 20 years of experience, preferably in the Marketing of transformers and switchgear industry. As the incumbent, you will be responsible for all functions of the division, with a key focus on Marketing, while working within a budget-driven environment. Candidates with prior experience in managing Zonal or Regional marketing teams and a hands-on approach to managing cash flow will be given preference. This role is well-suited for individuals aspiring to lead the division in the future, requiring strong interpersonal skills, willingness to travel up to 15 days a month, and a basic engineering background to effectively engage with functional teams under your supervision. Being multilingual and possessing strong presentation skills will be advantageous in this position.,
