Distribution Sales Executive

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual distribution targets.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives in coordination with marketing teams.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.

2. Distribution Channel Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and super stockists.
• Appoint new channel partners in untapped or underperforming territories.
• Ensure efficient order-to-delivery cycles, inventory turnover, and credit control.

3. Territory Development

• Expand coverage in general trade, modern trade, and institutional segments.
• Enhance retail penetration and product visibility through effective merchandising and on-the-ground execution.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.

4. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of territory sales executives/officers.
• Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching sessions.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report on sales performance, channel-wise achievements, and market trends.
• Maintain distributor claims, stock levels, and secondary sales reports.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
