Job description
Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed pharma company as a Assistant Manager and he will be responsible for handling following:
1) He should be good knowledge of Distributors order processing and approval and CFAs indent working & Inventory Management and Processing Credit Notes against goods return and Processing Credit Notes for Price Difference.
2) Candidate will responsible for Co-ordination with the Logistics team for order and indent dispatches and timely deliveries and Prepare price quotations and Authorization letters for Hospitals and Retail counters, Distributor appointments and code creation in ERP and Distributors Full and Final Settlement.
3) He should be good knowledge of Distributors Follow up for the outstanding recovery and Record the daily payment received from Distributor and ERP billing Software , Check and verify Commission of CFAs and Checking F&F documents of Field Team (SCM part) Monitoring Non-Moving, Slow Moving and near expiry stock
Candidate should have 2 - 4 yrs in relevant experience in Distribution (SCM) with Pharma Nutrition Company
Qualification- Any graduate
Candidate from Andheri will be preferred
