Dispatch Tally Assistant

The Dispatch Tally Assistant, under the Logistics Department and reporting to the HOD, is responsible for preparing Sales dispatch documentations using Tally ERP. The primary duties include preparing essential dispatch documents such as tax invoices, E-way bills, COAs, and delivery notes. Additionally, the role involves filing invoices, E-way bills, and LR, as well as maintaining daily stock statements in Excel and Tally. The Dispatch Tally Assistant is also responsible for generating purchase orders for suppliers and preparing customer-specific Performa invoices. Regular reporting to senior management is required as per the company's needs. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree in Commerce, Science, or Arts and possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in preparing dispatch documentation using Tally. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and written English communication is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and Tally software is a must-have requirement for this role. The candidate should exhibit a positive and challenge-accepting mindset, as well as strong teamwork abilities, given the collaborative nature of the position that involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates within the age bracket of 24-28 years, preferably residing in Mumbai or the western suburbs such as Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Juhu, Kandivali, Khar, Malad, Santa Cruz, and Vile Parle, are preferred.
