As a Workday Finance Techno-functional Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading or supporting Workday Financials implementations and post-go-live activities. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Job Summary Avantor is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Shared Services Workday Reporting Analyst to support tactical reporting needs across HR. This role focuses on the operational delivery of Workday HCM reports, ensuring accurate, timely, and standardized reporting that supports business and HR service center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and distributing a wide range of recurring and ad-hoc reports, with a primary focus on efficiency, data accuracy, and customer service to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports from Workday HCM. Build and maintain calculated fields, discovery boards, custom reports, and dashboards within Workday to meet operational reporting needs. Respond to reporting requests from HR teams, business users, and leadership within established service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain data integrity through routine audits and validation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report functionality, access, and delivery. Document report specifications, run instructions, and schedules. Provide reporting support and assistance during major HR processes (e.g., performance management, mass data loads). Education and Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
