Must-Have Requirements :
Experience: Minimum 12+ years of total experience, At least 3+ years of recent experience in Digital Sales, Minimum 3+ years of stability in current or previous organizations
Sales Track Record: Proven success in achieving annual sales targets of $3$4 million emonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and executive engagement
Industry Exposure: Experience in service-based industries Exposure to sales in North America or global regions
Tools & Techniques: Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools,Hands-on experience in creating and executing GTM strategies Strong acumen in incubating new verticals/solutions
Personal Traits: High energy, go-to personality Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM
Optional Preferences :
B1 Visa holder (preferred for potential US travel/client meetings)
Background in IT Staffing
Exposure to partner alliances or strategic solution sales
Familiarity with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies
