Job Description

Strategic Account Leadership Act as the primary Sales Leader of the Vertical for strategic accounts of organization, settingand executing aggressive revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive recurring revenue, minimizechurn, and increase upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, leveraging industry insights to positionthe Df-OS effectively. Act as Single Point of Contact for identified accounts, ensuring the delivery of tailoredsolutions that meet client needs. Account Management & Expansion: Build and nurture long-term relationships with organization enterprise clients, ensuringongoing client satisfaction and retention. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and design targeted strategies toexpand the client portfolio. Oversee contract negotiations and renewal processes, ensuring favorable terms that alignwith revenue goals. Revenue Growth & Expansion Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), including MonthlyRecurring Revenue (MRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and customer acquisition costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams at to identify and bring on board newclientsCustomer Success & Adoption Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high productadoption, and continuous value realization for clients. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR),Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and churn rates to guide strategy adjustments. Requirements 8 - 12 years of experience in strategic account management, sales leadership, or businessdevelopment within the technology or SaaS industry in verticals like Food, FMCG, Consumer electronics, pharma, chemical & automotive Sound industry experience with demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level SaaSaccounts and driving significant revenue growth Proven experience in driving technology adoption and innovation. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
