Job Title : Director Executive Development Programs The responsibilities of mentioned designation shall be as follows: Lead the development and design of executive development programs. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging skills, translating insights into relevant, cutting-edge programs for executives. Oversee the creation and refinement of program content, ensuring that it is of high quality, innovative, and provides practical, actionable insights for executives. Recruit and collaborate with top-tier faculty, industry experts, and guest speakers to deliver high-impact learning experiences. Ensure the successful delivery of executive programs, providing leadership and support to the program team to meet the expectations of participants and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, corporate partners, and other educational institutions to enhance program offerings and expand the programs reach. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards. Eligibility Criteria: The candidate shall possess minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in the discipline of management.
