Diploma Engineer Trainee - Mechatronics

Role & responsibilities:

• Process Improvement:

  Assist in improving the efficiency and automation of manufacturing processes in the solar panel production line.

• System Design & Development:

  Work on the design, testing, and optimization of mechatronics systems, including robotics, sensors, and automated machinery used in solar panel production.

• Quality Control & Testing:

  Support in conducting tests and quality checks on mechatronic components to ensure the highest performance and reliability in solar energy systems.

  Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

  Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues that arise in manufacturing equipment.

• Collaborative Projects:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineers) to integrate and refine mechatronics systems.

• Data Analysis:

  Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify areas for improvement in both products and processes.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentation

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong understanding of mechatronics, robotics, automation, and control systems.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Basic understanding of solar energy technologies is a plus.
