Production Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Balance capacity planning and resource allocation. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production with market needs. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct fabric testing (color fastness, durability, print quality). Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., Oeko-Tex, GOTS). Uphold environmental and social responsibility standards throughout the production process. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4 or 5 years in textile dyeing and printing, preferably in a supervisory role. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of textile chemistry, color theory, and printing technologies. Tools: Proficient in color-matching instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers), production software, and lab testing protocols. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. Certifications (Preferred): Knowledge of ISO standards, Oeko-Tex, GOTS, or similar certifications.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and manage all activities related to offset and digital printing production and finishing operations.
