Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Deliver practical training sessions on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Design course content and marketing project workflows to align with current industry standards.
• Lead and manage a small digital marketing team working on live campaigns and projects.
• Analyze campaign performance and guide the team toward optimization strategies.
• Conduct mock interviews, assessments, and performance reviews for trainees or junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to execute integrated marketing plans.
• Report KPIs to the management and ensure quality training or campaign delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (training or managerial background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in Ludhiana
