Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Campaigns:

  Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, focusing on maximizing conversions and ROI for Narayana Health.

• Performance Marketing:

  Drive and optimize performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the hospital's business goals and KPIs.

• Data Analysis and Insights:

  Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify key trends, insights, and areas of improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Reporting and Dashboards:

  Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize and monitor campaign performance metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Collaborate with various hospital units to discuss, strategize, and implement upcoming campaigns based on data insights and performance trends.

• Campaign Optimization:

  Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

• Performance Reporting:

  Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a B2C background preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in creating and managing lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel
