As the Marketing Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans to attract and nurture qualified leads, contributing significantly to our company's growth. Working under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Devising and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies targeting key markets and specific segments to ensure a steady influx of high-quality leads. - Employing various channels such as digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, and email campaigns to generate interest and foster engagement. - Collaborating closely with the marketing team to craft compelling and relevant content that resonates effectively with our target audience. - Identifying and implementing innovative tactics to enhance lead conversion rates, optimize user journeys, and enhance overall customer acquisition. - Utilizing data and analytics to evaluate and refine lead generation campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment. - Coordinating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, facilitating seamless lead transfer and efficient nurturing. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in lead generation to maintain a competitive advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility to work from home. The work schedule is during the day shift, Monday to Friday, with morning hours. The ideal candidate should be willing to commute or relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, before commencing work. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
