Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
• Create monthly content calendars with engaging posts, reels, and videos.
• Coordinate with designers and videographers for creative output.
• Manage Chai Waale’s social media accounts, monitor DMs, comments, and boost audience engagement.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, GA4, and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Influencer Marketing Focus:

• Identify and shortlist regional food, lifestyle, and nano/micro influencers.
• Coordinate influencer shoots, unboxing videos, and in-store collaborations.
• Share creative briefs, ensure content delivery timelines, and monitor results.
• Maintain long-term partnerships with high-performing creators.
• Track influencer campaign metrics — reach, views, saves, shares, and ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (F&B/QSR experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and copywriting skills.
• Prior experience managing influencer collaborations is a strong plus.
• Creative thinker with a pulse on digital trends and youth content.
• Passionate about cafes, chai culture, and storytelling through content.
