Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor and manage the company's social media presence, interacting thoughtfully with audiences.
• Create compelling visuals and written content aligned with Blubridge's brand identity and research focus.
• Regularly analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continual improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to highlight significant research milestones and updates effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Enhance Blubridge's brand value across various online platforms, including hiring platforms like Naukri, Google My Business, Glassdoor, and other relevant digital spaces.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

- Strong intellectual abilities and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for digital marketing, branding, and AI technology.

- Ability to work proactively in a collaborative team environment.

Added Advantage:

- Prior internship or project experience in social media management, PPC advertising, or digital marketing (not mandatory but advantageous).

- Basic familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
