Digital Marketing Associate

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a minimum of 2-3 years in Marketing Operations Ramboll is seeking a Junior Digital Operations Associate to join their newly established Marketing Delivery Centre in Chennai, India. In this role, you will report to the Head of Digital Operations and collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and External Relations team in Denmark and the United Kingdom. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building, sending, and reporting on email marketing campaigns using HubSpot alongside the Email Marketing and Automation Specialist - Supporting the regular sending of various newsletters - Collaborating with Operations specialists to build lists for email sends, list building, and targeting campaigns - Creating reports in HubSpot to analyze Marketing campaign results and monitor data quality - Maintaining data governance and data quality in the HubSpot database - Setting up and hosting webinars with colleagues globally - Assisting with inbound lead handling and ensuring accurate lead creation in the CRM system - Supporting with the setup of HubSpot landing pages and forms The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with HubSpot, an analytical mindset, a proactive approach, the ability to follow and optimize established workflows, adept at prioritizing tasks, comfortable with adapting to new tools and systems, and prior experience in a B2B environment or marketing support role is a plus.
