Key Responsibilities:

Content Oversight & Management:

• Review and proofread content developed by the content writer for blogs, social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure tone, style, and messaging are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• Own the end-to-end content calendar for social media platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and trend analysis to guide content direction and SEO alignment.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure timely and visually compelling creatives for each campaign.
• Define platform-wise objectives, growth targets, and engagement benchmarks.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track campaign and content performance across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Recommend optimizations for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather input and feedback for campaigns.
• Align all content efforts with the broader digital marketing and branding strategy.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in digital content or social media strategy roles.
• Strong command of written English and content editing/proofreading.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
• Understanding of SEO basics, keyword research, and content planning.
• Good visual sensibility and experience working with designers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Bengaluru, India (Hybrid Role)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in agency or multi-brand environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Keyword Research, Meta Business Suite, and Semrush/Ubersuggest.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
