As we shake things up to make space for our next chapter, were opening a core team role for a Creative Headsomeone to lead all things design, branding, and visual storytelling. Think of it as a late-entry co-founder kind of gig. A chance to help shape the agencys future and have your creative fingerprint all over it. Its a foundational role for someone whos ready to lead but also roll up their sleeves and get stuff done. What you'll own: Define, contribute and lead visual direction across projectsfrom branding and digital design to campaigns, web experiences, and more Get hands-on with design execution across branding, UI/UX, social creatives, animation, and visual storytelling Collaborate on video production, motion design, and bringing concepts to life in multiple formats Work closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams to build thoughtful, impactful creative Manage a small team of designers, while actively contributing to day-to-day deliverables Uphold a high bar for quality, originality, and consistency across all touchpoints What were offering: Who were looking for: Based in Bangalore 3+ years of experience across branding, visual design, UI/UX, animation, and creative strategy Hands-on expertise with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and comfort working across video, motion, and digital formats A strong portfolio that balances aesthetics with intent Someone who can switch between big-picture thinking and hands-on executionand thrives in an environment where no two days look the same,
