Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Banking Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the bank's digital banking platform, including online and mobile channels.
Develop and implement strategies to increase digital banking adoption and usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital banking services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve digital banking queries and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance digital banking offerings.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, including Neo and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience working in a branch banking environment with a focus on liabilities and digital banking products.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is an asset.
