DGM - PROJECTS ((Greenfield /Brownfield)

We Are Urgently Seeking For The Below Position

• Position:- DGM - PROJECTS
• Location:- KALABURAGI
• Salary:- LPA - UPTO 12,00,000 + BONUS
• Experience:- 10+ years of experience in handling green field or brown field projects in manufacturing industry.
• Education:- BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/relevent engineering background
  

Key Responsibilities:-

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new (Greenfield) or expansion (Brownfield) projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
• Finalize plot layouts, infrastructure designs, and architectural plans with consultants and internal stakeholders.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, especially in industrial setups.
• Familiarity with Greenfield/Brownfield project challenges, including space constraints, legacy infrastructure, and environmental remediation.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
