Key Responsibilities

• Achieving the shift /daily/weekly/monthly production & quality targets with in consumption norms, Implement, oversee, and control the production schedule.
• Collaborate with management for innovative ideas of increasing production or cost reduction or productivity enhancement
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Audit and implement policies/procedures and production levels in the content processing department. This will also include warehousing/storage of all contents
• Reviewing workflows to determine if any improvements can be made, such as increasing efficiency, reducing costs, reducing breakdowns & improving safeties,
• Developing training programs for employees who will be working with new technologies or processes that are unfamiliar to them
• Implementing best practices like, 5s, Kaizen, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance
• Managing Inventory Control and reducing consumable items.
• Monitoring production metrics, respond to and resolve problems by proper Root cause analysis and recommend process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
• Implements a long-term plan for facilities, equipment, material technology, and workforce resources to maintain manufacturing capacity and processes that support business goals.
• Also to updates management all functions and abnormalities on day to day basis as per desired formats for monitoring the process,

  Qualifications and Skills:

  Candidate must be B.Tech/BE. Mechanical or (Pulp & Paper) with knowledge of SAP and continuous production process 15+ years of experience.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Age should not be more than 35-45 years.Have experience of handling a team of 40-50 company employees Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Innovative ideas and visionShould be energetic & aggressiveCandidate should be taller than 5.6 and BMI should not more than 27.5

   Maintaining stringent quality standards and compliance with industry regulations in a high-speed production environment.

6. Inventory & Material Management

   Efficiently handling raw materials, warehousing, and minimizing wastage to optimize costs.

7. Data-Driven Decision Making

   Utilizing production metrics, SAP, and analytics to drive continuous improvements and resolve operational challenges.

8. Managing Attrition

   Addressing workforce retention challenges by fostering a positive work culture, implementing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring job satisfaction.

9. Handling Multiple Stakeholders from Multiple Countries

   Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams from various countries, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth communication across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
