Job Description

Looking for a highly skilled Dell Boomi Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and complex integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere, especially with connectors like Salesforce, Workday, Azure, and other SaaS/On-Prem applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere .
Implement and manage Boomi processes , connectors, and integrations involving Salesforce , Workday , Azure , and custom APIs.
Build scalable and fault-tolerant integration architectures to support business needs.
Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
Develop and maintain API integrations , real-time , and batch processes using Dell Boomi.
Monitor integrations for performance and reliability; handle error management and alerting.
Maintain and enhance process versioning, deployment, and lifecycle management .
Ensure data integrity, error handling, logging, and exception resolution is in place.
Participate in code reviews , design reviews , and provide mentorship to junior developers (if applicable).
Stay current with Boomi product enhancements and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

5-6 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere .
Strong experience with Salesforce (SOAP/REST APIs, Bulk API), Workday (Web Services, REST APIs), Microsoft Azure , and REST/SOAP APIs .
Experience with database connectors (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) .
Proven ability to build complex , scalable , and high-performance Boomi integrations.
Strong knowledge of Boomi connectors , process shapes , and data mapping techniques.
Experience in debugging , error handling , logging , and exception management in Boomi.
Familiarity with Boomi runtime components like Atoms , Molecules , and Atom Clouds .
Expertise in data formats such as XML, JSON, flat files, and transformations.
Knowledge of Authentication mechanisms like OAuth2, SAML, API Keys, and Basic Auth.
Solid understanding of integration patterns (ETL, ELT, real-time, batch processing), middleware concepts , and ESB architecture .
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in DevOps for Boomi - CI/CD, version control (Git), deployment automation.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript) .
Familiarity with Boomi Flow (for building workflow-based apps).
Knowledge of Master Data Hub , API Management , and B2B/EDI integrations in Boomi.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Boomi Certification (Developer or Professional) is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Self-starter with high motivation and attention to detail.
Strong documentation skills and ability to train/guide team members.
