Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Engineer / Sr. Engineer Engineering with a strong background in machine building , multi-process machine setup , and customized engineering design . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the installation and integration of CNC machines, SPMs, robotic systems, and high-precision equipment used in Grinding, Laser Marking, Cutting, Welding, Polishing, Lapping , and AOI systems . This is a hands-on role involving the end-to-end execution of engineering projects across various automation-intensive manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead machine building and installation projects , ensuring timely execution and alignment with process requirements. Manage machine setup for diverse applications such as Grinding, Laser Marking, Cutting, Welding, Polishing, Lapping, and AOI , including robotic integration. Prepare concept and detailed engineering designs , 3D models, assembly drawings, and documentation. Customize and optimize existing machine designs to suit new process requirements or product variants. Drive integration of CNC machines , SPMs , and robotic systems in fully or semi-automated production environments. Collaborate with automation, maintenance, and production teams for seamless machine commissioning and production ramp-up. Conduct on-site machine trials , troubleshooting, and validation to ensure functionality and process reliability. Support selection of mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical components based on technical and cost criteria. Maintain and update engineering documentation including BOMs, process flow charts, and design records. Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, ergonomic standards, and operational guidelines. Required Skills & Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in engineering design , machine building , and custom automation in precision or electronics manufacturing. Deep understanding of CNC machines , SPMs , and robotic systems . Specific experience in engineering machines for Grinding, Laser Marking, Laser Cutting, Welding, Polishing, Lapping , and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) . Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, actuators, sensors, vision systems, and motion control. Proficient in CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo , or equivalent for mechanical design. Capable of reading and interpreting complex engineering schematics and P&ID diagrams. Ability to work independently on engineering development projects from design to commissioning. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering (Full-Time, Regular is mandatory ) Preferred candidate profile

Position: Bridge Design Engineer Experience: 3 to 10+ Years We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Design Engineer with proven experience in long span bridge design (Extradosed bridge & Cable Stayed Bridges), Pile & well foundation design, and superstructure design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptual and detailed design of Balanced Cantilever Bridges & Extradosed bridge 2. Conceptual and detailed design of concrete, and composite structures. 3. Structural modeling and design of various superstructures (PSC Box girders, segmental construction, cable-stayed, etc.). 4. Design and analysis of Well& Pile foundations, especially for river bridges and complex geotechnical conditions. 5. Preparation of detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications. 6. Coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients. 7. Mentorship of junior engineers and design review responsibilities. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's / Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 2. Minimum 3 to 10+ years of experience in bridge design, with hands-on exposure to Indian codes (IRC, IS) & International codes (AASHTO, Eurocode) also preferred. 3. Proficiency in design and analysis software (MIDAS, LUSAS, SOFiSTiK, etc.). Preferred Skills: 1. Experience in design of Balanced Cantilever Bridges, Extradosed bridg, & elevated corridors 2. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform structural design and/or assessment of telecommunication structures and preparation of relevant documentation for steel lattice towers, steel and concrete Monopoles, rooftops poles, antenna mounts, and for using structural modelling programs for Indian and International standards. Undertake design review and certification of structural upgrades for telecommunication structures Generate design solutions, prepare and complete site design enhancement design calculation reports for telecommunications sites. Identify potential risks within the site design survey inputs, managing them out of the process as early as possible, prepare risk assessment report and safe design risk register for each site. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate must have Civil/Structural Engineering qualification Knowledge on Telecom design software’s – RISA/TNX Tower, MStower and iTowersMW is preferred. 2 to 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications/structural industry or strong in Fundamental of structural engineering is require. Previous experience in major mobile base station site designs or antenna mounting support structures Familiarity with Indian and American Standards and Strong knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) and design & engineering systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to present information to a range of audiences.
