Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate desktop-related tasks and workflows, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and user productivity. Collaborate closely with the O365 Desktop Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions to streamline desktop management processes. Strong experience in utilizing KQL queries to analyze log data, particularly in the desktop management space, using tools like Azure Monitor or similar log analytics platforms.
