As a recruiter, your main responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, building relationships with potential candidates for future job openings, and staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working with clients and candidates who apply for jobs, scheduling interviews with them, collaborating with the team to manage tasks effectively, designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy, developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc., and sourcing and recruiting candidates by utilizing databases, social media, and other channels. You will also be responsible for screening candidates" resumes and job applications, conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within the schedule, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with good communication skills in English.
