Key Responsibility

(Work Location - Dharuhera)

Responsible for achieving the production target as per PPC plan, Set-up time reduction, In-house rejection reduce , ‘5S’ improvement & Safety, Daily manpower deployment as per PPC plan, Consumables cost saving.
To ensure all checks like JH, Poka-yoke, To insure completed Hoshin targets.
Conduct HVPT for the smooth launch of new product.
Handling the manpower.
Setting & trouble shooting machines
Rejection Analysis & Quality improvement.
Bekido & Chokko improvement
Responsibility of Safety, Quality & Productivity.
6.QCC & No of kaizen for improvement.

Qualification

Diploma with 10~15 year experience of working in Production
Knowledge of Engineer drawing
Knowledge Jishu Hozen
Knowledge of QCC
Knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA)
Knowledge of 7QC tools & Problem solving techniques
Open to relocate and work at Dharuhera Location
