Role & responsibilities Product responsibility: From inception to its end including its development, marketing, sales & contribution goals, and directing sales team. Product Portfolio: Managing and rationalizing Product Portfolio by understanding needs and constraints Understand customer needs: Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements Sales volume & contribution: Tracking data and give inputs to sales teams to improve volume & contribution Develop and communicate a product vision: Create a strategy for the product, including what it will do and how it will benefit users, decide volume and contribution targets for the product Collaborate with other teams: Work with sales, other marketing departments, Production planners, Production, Procurement, logistics wherever necessary and support to ensure the product meets goals Support the sales team: Help the business to sell the product through various collaterals, creating sales tools, training etc. Product responsibility: From inception to its end including its development, marketing, sales & contribution goals, and directing sales team. Preferred candidate profile :- Candidate with min 7 years of experience in Product Management. Strong analytical skills: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to solve problems and make decisions. Strategic thinking: Develop a strategic plan for the product. Communication skills: Articulate the user's needs and communicate the product vision to stakeholders. Prioritization skills: Prioritize customer and market requirements . Technical skills: Technical skills are needed to manage, model and interpret data using excel / software.
