Job Description

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience within a similar role especially in the field of Education and Skills development. To drive and ensure the company’s philosophy and commitment towards a positive impact on local communities and the environment. The incumbent will work closely with Board Members and various departments to drive and manage CSR activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company. Develop and execute CSR programs specialising in the Education and Skilling the Unskilled domains as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and fostering relationships with community partners and key stakeholders. Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus, and . Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders. Working with Board Members and Branding teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling. Driving budget and monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives. Collaborating with the Branding team to update the company’s Social Media channels on various CSR initiatives and campaigns undertaken. Build and manage working relationships and synergies with CSR external stakeholders such as NGOs, Educational and Skilling Institutions, Government authorities etc. To act as the company’s CSR ambassador at various conventions and programs.
