Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
day-to-day activities
and overall operations of the franchise location
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
as assigned by the Branch Manager
Ensure
Pre-Counseling Preparedness (PCP)
to deliver consistent service quality
Maintain professional
grooming standards
as outlined in the SOP manual
Follow all
enquiry management and booking processes
as per company SOP
Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels
walk-ins, phone calls, emails, city PSAs, and travel agents
Provide customers with
accurate product information
, pricing, and support for informed decision-making
Build and maintain strong
relationships with city PSAs and travel agents
for continued business generation
Ensure
query turnaround time
is met according to SOP standards
Conduct
telesales follow-ups
to drive
sales closures and bookings
Coordinate with the
service/delivery team
to ensure a seamless post-sale process
Maintain
Customer Satisfaction
levels at a minimum of
95%
throughout the customer journey
Ensure
strict adherence
to company policies, procedures, and systems

Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow up efficiently
Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset
Familiarity with SOP-based operations and structured reporting
