Project Role : Deployment Lead Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Deployment Lead, you will oversee the implementation of a detailed deployment strategy, coordinating work plans, budgets, training, and resources. Your role involves close collaboration with project teams to manage dependencies, ensure consistency across deployment activities, and track progress according to the plan. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead deployment strategy implementation- Coordinate work plans, budgets, training, and resources- Ensure alignment and consistency across all deployment activities Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical- Strong understanding of ERP systems- Experience in deployment planning and execution- Knowledge of project management methodologies- Familiarity with resource allocation and budgeting Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
