Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement (35%) Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for your department. Understand sales data and work with your team to develop strategies that drive growth. Support in driving initiatives to meet and exceed store sales goals, aiming for 110% or more of target achievement. Basket Size (10%) Focus on enhancing the average basket size through creative strategies and customer engagement. Work with the team to improve basket size year-over-year, striving for a 7% or higher growth over the previous year. Conversion (10%) Assist in improving the stores conversion rate by engaging with customers and implementing strategies to increase sales. Aim for a year-over-year growth in conversion rates, targeting more than 2% improvement. Store Health Metrics (SDM) (10%) Support store operations to maintain and improve store health metrics with a goal of achieving a score above 85%. Assist in implementing operational improvements to optimize overall store performance. Hit Rate (10%) Help the team drive customer engagement and ensure that the store meets its hit rate goals, with a target above 60%. Monitor performance and collaborate with the team to improve key engagement metrics. Outward for the World (10%) Contribute to maintaining an appealing store environment, focusing on keeping displays attractive and stock well-organized. Ensure that your department consistently achieves a performance score of over 95% for outward presentation. Shrinkage Management (5%) Support inventory management processes to reduce shrinkage and ensure a secure store environment. Aim for shrinkage rates of 0.10% through careful handling of inventory and merchandise. Omni Channel Fulfilment (5%) Work with the team to ensure smooth omni-channel operations, including fulfilling online orders and in-store pickups. Assist in meeting the target of over 95% omni fulfillment with a same-day turnaround (24-hour TAT) for e-commerce orders. Training & Development (5%) Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and management skills. Complete product certifications with a focus on high scores, striving for 100% completion and scores above 90%. Skills and Qualifications: Education: MBA Experience: No prior retail management experience required; however, any internship or part-time retail experience is a plus. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated interest in taking on leadership responsibilities and managing a team. Sales Orientation: Passion for sales and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Customer-Centric: Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on providing a positive customer experience. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Problem-Solving: Willingness to identify challenges and come up with creative solutions. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using retail management tools and technology, with a willingness to learn new systems. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Personal Attributes: Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn. Passionate about the retail industry and personal growth in management. Strong communication skills, both with customers and team members.
