Role & responsibilities : This role is responsible for showcasing the company's products through culinary demonstrations, recipe development, and customer engagement. It also requires a combination of culinary expertise, creativity, and excellent communication skills to effectively present and promote AAK's food solutions to clients, prospects, and internal teams. 1. Culinary Demonstrations: Conduct live cooking demonstrations for clients, trade shows, and marketing events to highlight the versatility and quality of AAK's products. Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs and preferences of different audiences, showcasing innovative and practical applications of products. 2. Recipe Development: Develop and test new recipes that incorporate AAK's ingredients, ensuring they meet the company's standards for taste, quality, and presentation. Adapt existing recipes to incorporate AAK's products, providing customers with practical solutions to enhance their offerings. 3. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, providing insights into how AAK's products can meet their culinary requirements. Offer technical support and culinary expertise to customers, helping them to integrate AAK's products into their menus and production processes. 4. Training and Education: Train internal staff and customers on the culinary applications of AAK's products, ensuring they understand the benefits and uses of different ingredients. Develop and deliver educational materials, such as recipe booklets, instructional videos, and cooking guides, to support product promotion. 5. Market Research: Stay informed about current culinary trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to ensure AAK's product offerings remain relevant and competitive. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market observations. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all culinary demonstrations and recipes adhere to AAK's standards for quality, safety, and consistency. Conduct regular reviews of products and recipes to maintain high standards and identify opportunities for improvement. 7. EHS Compliance: Ensure Full Compliance of the EHS Requirement in the area under control and provide appropriate EHS reports. Knowledge and Skill Set Required: 5 to 8 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a role that involves product demonstrations, recipe development or customer interaction. Fluency in local Language is a must and good hold on English language is also required. Ability to interact with cross functional teams and drive collaboration. Person should be skilled in using MS excel and familiarity with laptop/desktop usage. Appealing plate presentation during exhibitions. Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
