Job Summary: As a Trainee Sales Executive at G4S, you will be trained to develop essential sales skills and learn about our diverse security solutions. You will support the sales team in generating leads, understanding client requirements, and assisting in closing business deals. This role is an excellent opportunity to build a career in B2B sales within the security services industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential business leads. Learn to understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of G4S services. Support preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects and clients to build and maintain strong relationships. Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge of G4S products, industry trends, and sales techniques. Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior sales experience or internships (advantageous but not required).
