This role will be a blend of inside sales (lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation) and outside sales (client meetings, product demos, and relationship building). Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT product and services domain Promote and sell Microsoft-based solutions (MS Office, M365, Azure, etc.) Conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations and demonstrations Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with technical and internal teams to align sales strategies Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in IT Sales, preferably in Microsoft ecosystem Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related products/services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage both inside and field sales responsibilities Proficiency in business strategy, market analysis, and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Preferred: Prior experience with a Microsoft Partner/reseller Certification or familiarity with Microsoft licensing and cloud offerings This is a high-ownership role for someone looking to grow with a tech-focused organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B/project sales in tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or interior products . Proven track record in deal closing and key account handling . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to lead a small team of executives and manage multiple client accounts. Comfortable with field visits , site inspections, and in-person client discussions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong network of builders, contractors, and architects is a plus.
