As an AI and Full Stack Technical Lead, you are required to have 4-7 years of experience in application development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on designing and implementing modular and reusable code using ReactJs. Your expertise should include strong proficiency in React JS, Node JS, and Express JS, along with knowledge in Redux/Flux, RxJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON. You are expected to be well-versed in UI development concepts, web application architecture principles, design patterns, and front-end web technologies. In addition to technical skills, you should possess hands-on experience in Sass & CSS Frameworks, Rest API knowledge, core Python concepts, API integration, data processing using libraries such as pandas and NumPy, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries like scikit-learn and transformers. Experience in writing unit and integration test cases, agile methodologies, responsive UI development, and proficiency in tools like Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, and GIT are essential. Soft skills play a crucial role in this role, with emphasis on excellent communication, teamwork, self-motivation, ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, strong presentation skills, and collaboration with globally distributed teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding existing application architecture, developing engaging and accessible UI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, respecting UX principles, contributing to all phases of development, mentoring junior developers, establishing best practices, and staying updated on the latest technologies relevant to EY's business needs.
