Data/Information Management Analyst

As part of Analytics Information Management (AIM) team at Citi, you will be involved in driving data-driven transformation initiatives across various functions to generate actionable intelligence for our business leaders. We are a rapidly growing organization collaborating with Citi businesses worldwide. In this role, you will be a part of the DQM team responsible for implementing top-notch data quality measurement programs within the retail consumer bank globally. Your key responsibilities will include executing business data quality measurements in alignment with regulatory programs such as CCAR, AML, designing metrics, standardizing data definitions, preparing scorecards, managing data quality issues, and providing support for audits. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, visualization, formulating analytical methodologies, and deriving actionable business insights. Proficiency in tools like SAS, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA would be advantageous. Additionally, having a good understanding of data governance, data quality framework, process improvement, and hands-on experience in KPIs design would be beneficial. Ideal candidates will have an MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a reputable institute. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Applications is also acceptable. Post-graduate qualifications in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or related fields are preferred. You should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience delivering data quality solutions, with at least 2 years in the Banking Industry. Apart from technical skills, soft skills play a crucial role in this role. You should be adept at identifying and solving complex business problems, communicating effectively, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing good process/project management abilities, collaborating across functional areas, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
