As a skilled professional in the field, you will be responsible for various tasks related to implementing technical solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of network devices. Your role will involve differentiating bug types, performing code upgrades, and improving the technical competence of the GCS implementation in a global environment. Additionally, you will support large and complex contracts during the implementation and delivery phase. Your expertise with Cisco Platforms, including routers like ISR 2900/3900/4400, switches like Cisco 2900, 3600, 3750, and 3650, as well as Nexus platforms such as Nexus 9k, 7K, and 5k, will be essential for this role. You must also have hands-on experience with routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and various technologies like VSS, VPC, and HSRP. You will also be required to produce High Level & Low-Level Implementation Documents, establish good relationships with suppliers, and assess technical risks effectively. Your skills in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Load balancing, DNS, ACL, Routing, VLAN, VPN, as well as experience with Cisco SDWAN, Wireless Cisco/ARUBA/WLC AP, and network design tools like MS Visio, will be highly valuable in this role. You will be acting as a technical expert in R&S, datacentre networking, and Wireless technologies for ARUBA (CISCO added advantage). Your main responsibilities will include performing analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems, deploying and supporting multi-vendor network & security solutions, preparing/update High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD), process, and technical documentation. You will also be assisting in supporting network and security monitoring & management tools and resolving Sev 1 incidents within SLA. Additionally, you will be expected to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) based on OEM inputs, provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security, and evaluate tools and produce recommendations. It is essential to have implementation and operational experience with enterprise on Multi-vendor OEM's (Aruba), experience with RF technologies, Security, AVC on Wireless Front, and familiarity with network security technologies such as Cisco ISE, ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE, etc. Experience in datacentre networking including BGP-Lite, VLAN, VxLAN, FCoE, TRILL, OTV, IS-IS, working with Visualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), and virtual networks is also required. Experience with datacentre consolidation, transformation, and migration projects, knowledge and experience in cloud computing infrastructure and orchestration, as well as familiarity with Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies will be advantageous.,

Role & responsibilities Assist relevant parties in the decommission/replacement of data centre facilities and update relevant inventories accordingly. Carry out periodic checks of data centre hardware and facility systems according to SSL. Create an appropriate feedback mechanism to gather feedback about the solution and support provided.
