ob Requirements Job Description: Project Support Officer (PSO) We are seeking a dynamic Project Support Officer (PSO) to join our Project Management Officer (PMO) Excellence Team . This role will be based at customer location in Bangalore , with a focus on enhancing and implementing project management methods, tools, and processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to PMO and key stakeholders. Analyze project data, cost reports, and time tracking information to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various global locations Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools. Key Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience with various tools such as Planisware, Qlik Sense, Windchill, data spreadsheets, word processing software , PowerPoint, and Power BI Proficient in data analysis, creating dashboards, summarizing information, and using pivot tables with spreadsheets Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data. Experience in project management or project support roles, ideally focusing on cost planning, budgeting, or time tracking. Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions) and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid. Advantageous to have experience in project cost planning, budgeting, and time recording processes. Added advantage: Working with financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. As a PSO, you will play a crucial role in optimizing project planning and execution by working closely with stakeholders at both local and global levels within organization.
