Data Scientist - Pharma Commercial, Patient Insights & Gen AI (AC/C Level)

As a Data Scientist in Pune at Improzo, your role involves driving insights for pharma clients using advanced ML, Gen AI, and LLMs on complex healthcare data. You will be optimizing Pharma commercial strategies and improving patient outcomes through various analytical techniques. Your responsibilities will include engaging with client stakeholders to understand challenges and strategic objectives, exploring and preparing complex datasets from various sources, developing statistical models and machine learning algorithms, analyzing promotional effectiveness and patient adherence, utilizing generative AI and LLM solutions, transforming analytical findings into actionable recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the entire data science lifecycle. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's or Ph.D. in a related quantitative field, at least 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, a solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, experience with real-world patient data and patient journeys, strong programming skills in Python and/or R, expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies, knowledge of NLP techniques and LLMs, experience with MLOps practices and tools, and an understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Additionally, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, client centricity, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong leadership skills are essential.
